Dear Westside Families,

We are excited to invite all Travel and House families to our Westside Trick-or-Treat Event!

This year, due to parking lot construction, we’ll be hosting Trick-or-Treat tables instead of Trunk-or-Treat. Families and teams are encouraged to set up a table with a Halloween display and candy for the kids.

Date: Saturday, October 18
Location: Westside Baseball – 9400 S. Oak Park Ave, Oak Lawn
3:00 PM: Fall Ball Team Scrimmage
4:30 PM: Table-or-Treat — Tables will be available, but please bring your own if possible. Families are encouraged to decorate and bring treats! There will be a prize for the best table and costume. Please fill out the sign-up form via the QR code below if you want to participate.
5:00 PM: Movie at the Johnston Center

**** Set-Up Time: Tables should be ready by 4:30 PM. Tables can be set up any time prior to that.  

 Important Details:

• Some tables will be available, but please bring your own if possible.
  
  

• Players and coaches will wear costumes and play in a fun scrimmage game!
  
  

• Contests: Best Table Display & Best Costume
  
  

• Festivities will also include a movie and popcorn.
